"DQ Auto Voice" Directory Enquiry Application.

This application has been developed using our DQ Voice Component (see below).It enables fast access to a database of over 70 million records by voice automation over a fixed line telephone or mobile.
It will give the user any UK phone number. They can request for it to be read to them over the phone or sent to them by SMS, request to be "put through", set up a personal address book and say "call James"(for example) to enable quick and easy voice activated calling of an associate or friend, and also dictate and send emails.
To ensure a positive customer experience, this system will auto-sense the probability of it providing the user with the correct information, this probability level can be set by the customer at, for example, 80% and if the system detects it is less than this level it will generate a screen with all of the enquiry details and pass this seamlessly to an operator.

DQ Name and Address Capture Application.

It enables fast and accurate capture of names and address for label production or database purposes by voice automation over a fixed line telephone or mobile phone.

To ensure maximum accuracy this system will auto-sense the accuracy of the name and address capture. If it is less than 100% it will pass the record to a bureau for human transcription, our system is accurate in over 90% of cases.
