Any size, no limits

Until now, most voice recognition software slowed to a crawl as the database grew to more than a few thousand entries.
Work-around solutions had to be configured to break down the data just so a smaller search could be performed.
For directory assistance applications where there are millions of listings, some solutions work out the problem by not attempting to search all listings but to only search and automate a small percentage of the most frequently requested listings.

Multiple Locations Deployment.

Deployment in large companies with multiple offices is a relatively simple proposition.
Our technology allows multiple locations to deliver the same consistent image to customers while giving them the flexibility to set up a unique call flow, script or grammer that relates to that specific location.
A company can create one master directory for all locations and then automatically propagate the directory out to any location. Administration and automatic updates can be done remotely.

VoiceXMLand system API interfaces


The API set allows external partner/client applications to access the VSE for the purpose of searching content and directing a conversation. At a high level, API's are used for: requesting name or utterance recognition for a specific script or database, loading or unloading databases and tracking the conversation flow.
